Mamerie Partners with the “Anima Aeterna” Charity Evening

Mamerie was a partner of the exclusive gala dinner for the "Anima Aeterna" project. Set against the beautiful Collio landscape, it was an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence, music, and solidarity.

On Tuesday, July 14, the Radici Restaurant in Cormons (Gorizia) hosted an event of profound ethical and cultural significance as part of the “Anima Aeterna” project, conceived and curated by composer and music producer Andrea Buttignon. The initiative was created to celebrate the identity of Friuli Venezia Giulia through a perfect blend of great music, visual art, and our region’s rich heritage of craftsmanship.

A triumph of emotion that saw Mamerie at the forefront of supporting an initiative capable of uniting haute cuisine, hospitality, and charity.

The Charity Auction: "Les Tartufolies" Box Set No. 1 for a Noble Cause

The highlight of the evening, masterfully hosted by journalist and lifestyle expert Rossana Bettini, was the Charity Auction. This was a truly charitable event, with proceeds donated to the Audite Nova Choral Association of Staranzano, an organization that has always been committed to promoting musical culture among young people.
During the auction, among jewelry, fine wines, and fashion accessories, Box Set No. 1 of the “Les Tartufolies” Reserve went under the hammer: a symbolic piece of elegance and craftsmanship, offered to concretely support a cultural project rooted in the local area.

Black Gold: Mamerie's triumph in Chef Andrea Pilo's dessert

The gala dinner was a refined culinary journey, culminating with a Vermouth experience and a dessert by the talented Chef Andrea Pilo, aptly named “BLACK GOLD.” A bold and refined combination of the finest DOMORI chocolate, hazelnuts, and fine Mamerie truffle slices made the dinner a truly sensory experience.

A multisensory experience in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia

The “Anima Aeterna” evening was more than just haute cuisine. Guests, welcomed in the charming portico of the Radici Restaurant, enjoyed a thrilling piano performance by Maestro Rudy Fantin. The performance accompanied the world-premiere screening of a documentary film delving into the roots of Friuli Venezia Giulia as a land of encounters.
